E-Hotel Modules
To enable you use our software for a wide range of properties, (from small hostels to large hotel chains) the software is built modularly. The main software provides the core functionality to run every hotel, while extra modules allow larger hotels to upgrade E-Hotel to meet their needs. This flexibility is not only a flexibility of software design and architecture, but is the base of our strategy to allow the customer to pay only for what he needs.

Each module provides functionality to enable the hotel to create benefit in a unique way. A list of some key bundles is found below. However, we can develop custom bundles to meet your needs. Telephone Integration Module
This module offers functionality to integrate the telephone system with the software. It works along with hardware or software based PBX to control and manage phone. The functionality offered depends on the capability of the phone and can be extended to meet special requirements. This module offers following functionality:

Call Control
The module would allow the software to manage the phone calls from each room. The software can restrict calls from the room, restrict particular numbers, block calls from vacant rooms and only enable the phones once a guest is checked in. This prevents employees misusing the phones. You can also set call limits for each guest. The limit can be reset once the guest pays the open bills. The house cleaner functionality allows the room house cleaners to interact directly with the software. After cleaning a room, they can simply pick up the phone and use a predefined key combination to inform the software that the room has been cleaned.

Call Data Recording
The module provides accurate detail of the date, time, destination number, and length of call and the cost of EVERY call made from ALL phones that are linked into the system. It can directly add the charges resulting to the bill of the guest.
It can also flag all calls made from rooms in which no guest was checked in. This enables you to identify all calls made by your staff and prevent misuse.

Call Costing

This functionality offers the possibility of quickly and easily creates rates for the different destination prefixes.

Voice over IP (VoIP) Integration
Traditional telephony can be very expensive, especially for long distance calls. The digital revolution and the internet provide more cost efficient means of communication. The VOIP integration enables hotels to significantly reduce the costs of long distance calls and increase their profit margins, even after passing over some of the cost reductions to their guests.

Voice over IP integration assumes the presence of internet connectivity. It allows you to route calls using the least cost routing!

Guest photo Integration
The guest photo module allows the hotel to store photos of their guests for easy identification. Using an integrated webcam, pictures of the guests can be stored along with their profile information in the system. This increases security and can be used in combination with the loyalty program module

Loyalty Card Integration
A loyalty card is a magnetic or smart card, visually similar to a credit card or debit card that identifies the cardholder as a member in a commercial incentives program.  They can be used as a form of identification. By presenting the card, the guest is typically entitled to either a discount on the current purchase, or an allotment of points that can be used for future purchases.
The loyalty card integration module allows the software to enter guest data (such as name and address), manage cards and rewards and to track this data in accordance to payments and services. It is possible to integrate a picture on the card to make sure that only members gain access to the benefits. The loyalty card may also be used to access information to expedite verification
 Emergesoft does not only offer the loyalty card module, but it can on request offer the complete hardware required to setup such a program. This ranges from card readers, card writers, plastic cards, printers and the necessary software.

Swipe Card Reader Integration
The swipe card module enables you to read a broad range of cards. You can swipe loyalty cards, credit cards, bankcards and ID cards. The interface gets the information from the card and transmits this information to any modules that require the information. Emergesoft recommends you to use our integrated and tested Point of Sale system.

In addition, our future CashCard solution would allow our partner hotels to take advantage of a secure, independent, transparent and cost effective payment system that would eliminate the dependence on credit cards providers. Moreover, the good news is, there would be absolutely no need for extra hardware as long as you were already using the swipe card processing system. A simple software update would revolutionarize the way you do business.

Hotel Portal Module
Our proprietary hotel portal module allows even the smallest hotels to present themselves on the internet and generate extra revenue. More often than not, customers do not know about the existence of a hotel and therefore cannot use its services. The hotel portal module offers the hotel its own website with the possibility to for guests to book rooms from it directly, with no commission.

It is a great opportunity for you to generate extra business and revenue. For hotels that already have a website, all they need to do is to integrate the hotel portal module to their site

Additional Reports
In addition to the reports that are included in the basic software, there are many other add-on reports that bring transparence, speed and efficiency into the entire hotel management process.

Hotels can plug these reports into their systems as needed. Some reports include:
